Dato’ Nazri Bin Mustafa was born on the 6th of October 1968 in Negeri Sembilan. Dato’ Nazri Bin Mustafa was educated at the Malay College, Kuala Kangsar (MCKK) and later received his law degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Bangi in 1992. He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in 1993 and has been practicing law for 29 years.

As a Managing Partner, Dato’ Nazri Bin Mustafa routinely represents individuals, financial institutions and corporations at all stages of complex transactions. He has long-standing experience advising on matters involving conveyancing matters and banking transactions.

Over the course of almost three decades in practice, Dato’ Nazri Bin Mustafa is heavily involved with volunteering and humanitarian work specifically in empowering and educating the public about their rights pertaining to real estate law. His present and past appointments are as follows:

• Member, Conveyancing Practise Committee, Malaysian Bar Council 2019-2022
• Member of the panel of the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board of the Malaysian Bar
• President, Persatuan Guaman Hartanah Malaysia (Hartaguam) 2017-2019 & 2019-2021
• Committee Member of Persatuan Guaman Hartanah Malaysia (Hartaguam) 2015-2017 & 2021-2022

Dato’ Nazri Bin Mustafa is regularly invited to speak at local conferences on conveyancing and real estate law. Among the conferences where he was invited to share his knowledge and insights as an experienced conveyancing and real estate lawyer are the ones organised by Real Estate and Property Developers, NGOs, Real Estate Agencies, Utusan Malaysia, NSTP, Local Universities and Online Real Estate Listings Portals.

With his passion in empowering and educating the public about their rights pertaining to real estate law in mind, Dato’ Nazri Bin Mustafa regularly contributes educational and informative legal articles and interviews to local media outlets. Some of his legal articles and interviews are aired and published on TV Al-Hijrah, TV Al-Hijrah Per Square Foot Programme, Sinar Harian, Utusan Malaysia, Berita Harian – Hartanah, Berita Harian Diari Hartanah, Berita Harian – Hartanah & Anda, Harian Metro and Sinar Bisnes.

Dato’ Nazri Bin Mustafa is also the author of LIKU-LIKU HARTANAH - Cerita Dari Dalam Kamar, a book published in 2016 in which he shared his experience as a lawyer on real estate investment and property acquisition in Malaysia. Apart from being educational, this book also provides step by step technical and legal guidelines with a goal to give the readers better understanding of how the industry works before embarking on their property investment and acquisition journey.
